I second this. I travel to office on Tue/Wed with a 40 mile one way trip on NJ Turnpike. I used it on both ways speed set to 72 mph. All I do is eye on the road and rest my hand on the steering wheel. Rest is done by the car , even the Lane changes. It’s has been rock solid for me

Have you contacted customer service ? This is just a forum and you may have better help in contacting directly to them and explaining them the situation. Very sad to hear about this. I have all state and I am having second thoughts to switch it because they are denying claims on the vehicles.
