it appears the service issues are location dependent. I have had awesome service with King of Prussia( Dana was great service coordinator with the every day updates). However, I couldn’t get East Rutherford location to respond to my last service call.

I’m also a Day 1 reserver of the R2. I received a notification yesterday that I can now order a Rivian. However, they have the standard model scheduled for next year. The estimated lease for the R2 performance ($57k) is $879, while my gravity on order is less than that.

If they don't iron out production/software problems like Air and Gravity, then I am not sure. On the other hand, which I am very optimistic, Cosmos will do that. However, they need to speed things up without compromising anything. It has to be 100% perfect.
