I think the insurance company decides whether to fix or total - Lucid doesn't really have a role in that part of the process.

There are two ways to store the third row seats - I found both. Wrong way caused that bumping sound, correct way eliminated it. Just make sure you have them properly stowed, in case it is something like I experienced. YMMV
