From my experience, if the frunk is not closed and latched, the top speed of the car is limited to 12 mph. Did yours accelerate past 12 mph and then 'cut power'? Or did it just stop accelerating at 12 mph and you perceived that as cutting power? And for full disclosure, my car warned me on...

What was your previous software version and DD package? There seems to be some discrepancy between if this is going out to all vehicles or only certain ones based on those two criteria. Or does this have anything to do with those who got the CCV2 upgrade? 🤔

Again, I agree. I wasn't suggesting that they were pushing him or any reviewer. But I assume they would have hoped for/preferred a more positive review overall than compliments on the car and engineering alongside the critical/less than glowing comments about the company etc...
