They fixed it! But now I have a new Lucid password, had to reinstall the mobile app, create (for the umptieth time) the mobile key, and then connected the phone via Bluetooth. Everything works again, but for how long?

Looks like something is royally screwed up. I reset my password, still can't get into the mobile app, but can get onto the Lucid web site. The help chat is down. Tried calling help to no avail. What's going on?

Today the 'Enter PIN' gremlin came back, I deleted my mobile key and unpaired the phone from wifi. Then reconnected my Pixel to wifi. Now the Lucid is again called lucid 808, not 1808 as before. But I can't re-create the mobile key - it times out every time, because it is looking for lucid 1808...

I had the 'enter PIN' problem after one of the last year's updates and to overcome it had to delete the mobile key and my phone in bluetooth, then reconnect the phone and rre-create the mobile key. It hasn't been acting up since.

Lucid came through. They picked my car up while I was on vacation, delivered it on a trailer to Natick MA (300+ miles), replaced both headlights even though only the right one exhibited the issue, brought it back and put it into my garage while I was still away. They also did the annual service...

Did both headlights stop working or just the right one? Please let us know what service tells you when you get your car back

The service people are telling me that this work can only be done at a service center, and they are making arrangements to pick up my Air and take it to Natick, MA for service

I periodically have the same error message "Right Headlight Malfunction. Contact Customer Service" (see attached photo) when the temps are below freezing and the car sits outside for an hour or two. When the message on the dash disappears but the yellow triangle is still visible on the bottom...

My mobile key is continuing to work, for the most part. Occasionally, I have to unlock the phone, but that's about it... Good luck to you all

Finally, a piece of good news for mobile key afficionados! My Pixel 6a mobile key, after I deleted both the bluetooth connection to the car and the mobile key, rebooted both the phone and the Lucid control panel, then connected bluetooth and created the mobile key again, everything started...

I didn't realize that if you scroll down, beneath Home and Work you will see the destination you just sent to the vehicle. It doesn't always pop up, but it is there. Somebody on this forum pointed this out earlier.

More times than not, I don't see anything when I use the 'send to vehicle' function. Occasionally, the pop-up will flash on the dash. Is there a way to look for it?
