What seems to the issue? Perhaps you are asking for an "on/off" button on the dashboard so you could push it before you drive and pusht after you done driving like some European EV. I find such button unnecessary for EV.

Sorry to hear about your experience. As for repair cost, it is given that Lucid - a new company. Part cost will be high and repair will require a lot of time because there are not many parts around. All of use Lucid owners know that we are taking a chance when we purchased our Lucid.
