So that gives you about 92 kWh * 3.8, 350 miles range from full to empty. That is less then the 400+ EPA range for the Pure. What does the car say the range is at 100% SOC? FYI, I get about 3.6 mi/kWh on my Tesla 90D SoCal climate.

Lucid, Mercedes, and BMW are competing with Tesla regardless of what they may say, or believe.

Lucid could try competing on making more features standard. Lane centering, surround view, for examples. These are available on many lesser priced, not EV cars. That would probably require a price cut on DDP, however. It will be interesting to see how they react. Tesla loves to move their...

I don't think it is correct to say "is better in every way". Based on range/acceleration it's more of match to the Touring. Yes, Lucid's interior is better, but Tesla charging network is second to none.

Lucid is in a tough spot. Perhaps they can ride it out for a while, but price is certainly a big consideration in people's buying decision. Lucid will need to be competitive. Putting their head in the sand is not a good answer.

Is that required? I've always paid by check when I picked up the car.

How about coast-to-coast FSD (Full Self Drive) by the end of 2017? Then by the end of 2018. Then by the end of 2019. In 2016 I thought wow, they are close, when I bought FSD.. That, of course, was well before I knew the real Elon. Everything becomes clear in hindsight.

Thanks for the update. Since the spreadsheet is no longer maintained this gives us some idea of what to expect. I wonder if the mods can setup a spreadsheet to allow us to update our own status?

If you add HP and 0-60 the Tesla MS is even faster then the Touring, but similar. Range is also similar. So I think better compared to the Touring.

I'm still with my reservation for a Pure with legacy pricing, but it is giving me pause (S < $90k). But how Tesla pricing will effect Lucid viability is an open question. I think they may have to react. Maybe more $7,500 credits issued. We'll see.
