Good lord - what a pain! My 2023 Lucid Air lease came to an end. The Lucid employee assigned to help me through the lease-end/return process did not respond to my emails. Lucid Financial Services and the Lucid Ops center (where I needed to return the car) game me completely contradictory...

Agree - reliability is not satisfactory. Completely unpredictable. I use an after-market dongle in my other car to convert wired CarPlay to wireless, and it is much more consistent and reliable than the Lucid’s built-in wireless “capability.”

Has anyone figured out if it’s possible to revive Alexa in the car? I’m not crazy about “hey Lucid” and I lost a lot of smart home functionality when Alexa was killed. For example, I used to be able to use voice commands to control lights, alarms and garage doors as I was arriving or departing.

Thanks. For those of us without 3D printers: They sell magnetized vinyl sheets (like you would use to block an air vent in your house). I cut two 3"x 4" pieces and stuck one to the back of each sensor, protruding towards the garage door. They do not interfere with the sensors or garage door, but...

My problem is similar: I have 2 garage doors; there is absolutely no problem with one of them; the other - however - fails to close 4 out of 5 times. It seems that if I wait 30 seconds or so, it will work (but it takes me less time than that to get out of the car and punch in the code)

Mine is now uneven. Something has "shifted" as the car is also noisier at highway speeds. I am contacting customer care....

My wife recently pointed out that the left rear window trim has "shifted" (i.e., it sticks further out in the back than in the front and is noticeably different than the right rear window). With this "shift" the car is also noticeably louder when driving at highway speeds. Has anyone else...

No issues in my Audi. Only in the Lucid.

Is it just me, or does CarPlay only connect and work about half the time? Any suggestions?

I have an active Sirius subscription in my other car. I use the Sirius app in CarPlay to listen in my Lucid.

Yes - CarPlay frequently disconnects. Sometimes I can reconnect easily, but other times I need to delete and re-add the phone. Very frustrating. I have not noticed any "location patterns."

It distracts the driver (who has to hit several "buttons" on the screen while unable to use the rear-view camera)) which makes it dangerous for anyone potentially walking or driving behind you.

It's not a good idea to make the driver turn off the rear camera...to find the homelink button...to close their garage door. It is distracting and dangerous.
