Step on the brake HARD, then the accel HARD. Both have to really be "fully" stepped down like really hard lol. I had the same issue until someone recommended me to really mash them down, and then I was able to get it to come on.

I.. don't think this is correct at all? Pretty sure I've seen photos of Touring owners charging at ~310kWh. I've also gotten above 200 myself. Where did you read that Touring/Pure is unable to hit 350?

Yup cancelling the launch is possible! Just take the foot back off the accelerator and it'll cancel :)

When I hold the brake all the way, the "HOLD" shows up. As soon as I start hitting the accelerator with the other foot, I feel a "jolt" of sorts as it tries to move? Should I not be feeling that jolt at all? Should I be disabling brake hold and change it to the "creep" mode instead?

Honestly, I have the exact same issue on android, I'm wondering if its a Pixel 7 Pro issue as this phone is plagued with a million other issues. I've also tried re-setting up everything too with no luck. The fob works perfectly for me though!

Just noticed Lucid released two new mat colors - ceramic and saddle (https://store.lucidmotors.com/all-weather-floor-mats-ceramic/). Has anyone tried these? Thinking of copping the ceramic one for my Santa Cruz Touring.
