I know you said you've tried this already, but try (from the inside) grabbing the door handle and pulling the door hard. Like HARD. REALLY hard. It should close. I had the same issue and my temporary workaround until service came was legit SLAMMING it shut.

Doubling down on this - the only reason I've been able to afford my lucid is from doing this exact thing - job hopping/boomeranging in tech increases comp so much its almost like a cheat 😂

+1 this I think you're the first ever user who has managed to get the mobile key properly working on a P7.. what did you do exactly to get it to work aside from the usual link/unlink + change battery settings on the Lucid app to unrestricted?

Its a pixel + lucid app combo issue I think. Pixels are known to not play well with our lucids - I think there's a note about it over on lucidupdates.com in the faq

I think lucid actually recommends touch less washes, I drive my T through an automatic touch free wash 1-2x a week and haven't ever had any issues. Was also skeptical at first but if it's in the owners manual it surely must be fine 🙃

😔 that sucks. Fortunately (or unfortunately?) for me, it's only been in the driver's seat. Thinking ill make a call to service tomorrow -- what did you tell them exactly? "My seat is creaking" and they just lubricated / replaced it? Was there a specific area of the seat that it was coming from...
