The most simple update I request

I simply want to be able to see my average efficiency in the center cockpit panel like was advertised in this photo. It's basically the only thing I use the pilot panel for, especially on longer drives. Out of all the things we (reasonably) want added, this should be about the easiest.

Beyond the Charging Curve: What Are Your Real-World DCFC Speeds?

Yea you'd have to try to use real-life figures. But in the end I believe it would still point to one thing (for us as Lucid owners, and regardless of how other EVs charge): We are missing out on considerably faster charging opportunity by the way Lucid has their curve currently set.

Beyond the Charging Curve: What Are Your Real-World DCFC Speeds?

That's fair. It is unfortunate that the kW comparison makes it look even worse for Lucid, though.

Beyond the Charging Curve: What Are Your Real-World DCFC Speeds?

Obviously hydbob was going for a "gotcha" moment and you responded perfectly. I'll bite with a smaller battery pack, though. An Ioniq 5 has a 77 kWh battery and charges 10-80% in ~18 minutes. That's equivalent to about 60% of the Pure and Touring battery pack. A 10-70% charge on my car takes...

Active Curve Speed Control in HA has become far too intrusive

Honestly I might just start doing that as well. Which is certainly too bad

Active Curve Speed Control in HA has become far too intrusive

Oh interesting. In that case, it'd be nice/fun to be able to see what it is seeing á la Tesla

Active Curve Speed Control in HA has become far too intrusive

Ahh ok. Since HA only works on specific roads, shouldn't the car know how sharp every curve is? And therefore know how to plan for it?

Beyond the Charging Curve: What Are Your Real-World DCFC Speeds?

Here are a bunch of my actual charges. It's quite disappointing that once I'm at ~45%, I'm already below 150kW, which an Ioniq 5 will hold until 80%. At 70%, I'm only at ~75kW. I'd love an update that would change the charging curve to replicate that of the Taycan. The Taycan's charging curve on...

Active Curve Speed Control in HA has become far too intrusive

I'm not "blindly taking a sweeping turn at 80". I'm responsibly looking through the gentle curve on an open freeway and seeing that 80mph is an easy task for even a tall, unstable vehicle.

Active Curve Speed Control in HA has become far too intrusive

Of course the driver is responsible at all times, and like you said, Lucid's system causes some anxiety so I'm certainly paying close attention, but having to press the accelerator on even gentle curves is rather annoying.

Active Curve Speed Control in HA has become far too intrusive

Sometime in the past couple months, this "feature" has become far more intrusive, and frankly dangerous. It never used to be so intrusive (I never recall it happening even once), but now it happens all the time on even gentle curves where I wouldn't even expect a semi or RV to slow down. It will...

Highway assist struggles at cross roads and on/off ramps

Well hopefully that refinement comes soon. Definitely dangerous to use on highways with many crossroads.

Highway assist struggles at cross roads and on/off ramps

Are you saying the i5 behaves like a champ?

Highway assist struggles at cross roads and on/off ramps

My car is pretty terrible at staying straight when one line disappears to allow for a cross road or an on/off ramp. Basically what happens is instead of staying 2 ft (or whatever) from the dashed line, it follows the solid line as the line darts away or something. Either way, it quickly jerks to...

    Aggressive Active Curve Speed Control?

I found this post before starting my own because it happens all the time to me as well. Started happening around the time of OP's original post. Can easily be 5 mph and it's on curves I wouldn't expect a semi or RV to even slow down. Way. Too. Aggressive. I'll usually override it by pressing on...

Post your mi/kWh efficiency in inclement weather

2023 Pure AWD Average 3.5 over life of car We also get ~3.5 on road trips with cruise on 80ish Right after we got the car, we took a 200 mile road trip in ~0F and averaged 2.0 We also got ~2.3 a couple weeks ago in ~30F, again averaging 80ish mph Very curious to see how this winter will go since...

    Playlist and USB music.

I'm not sure what that format is but if that's the case, why use such a poor format? Even cars a decade old use a format that allows for a playlist that didn't break up (or maybe those cars are also using a software interface on top?). Is the FAT32 format cheaper? Easier to implement? Just...

    Sapphire style Spoiler?

I have an actual M car and I also do not like when people put fake M badges on their vehicles. A spoiler isn't like that, though, especially a lip spoiler. A lip spoiler is much more about asthetics than mimicking/bragging a different car.

Test drove the i5 M60 and here are some comparisons

Glad to hear you're loving the Air so far! You're absolutely right about the storage; huge plus on the Air and huge minus on the iX (and other BMWs). On the stereo, I know you're not the first who has complained, but I have no issues with it.
