Same here. On their website while booking it said no free charging. But when I first charged my car at EA, it just authenticated on its own with EA app. Later I saw in app that car came with 24 months free Charging. And I took delivery on Jan 31 ‘24

I had the same authentication error once out of 5-6 times I used EA charger. Since I didn’t realize I have to open Lucid app to authenticate and given that the stations were busy with many waiting, I started the session using EA app. Ended up getting charged. Wrote to EA customer support...

I think the easiest solution will be for SW upgrade which enables popping up of garage door buttons on the screen much like how it comes up when you approach the home. Given that many have given this feedback to Lucid (including me), we have to now just wait for the update.

Just looked at the software update notes and and was surprised to see Lucid Owners Forum mentioned there. That’s cool.

She had opened the car using the app as her mobile key ( and mine too) doesn’t always work. I deleted her mobile key and redid the setup. it’s working fine now. we decided to start taking the old fashioned proximity key just in case :)

Just so funny .. as I was responding here and wondering my wife who had taken the car elsewhere with just her mobile got stuck there. Car unlocked with her phone but went to my profile and then refused to start until she entered the pin. I had forgotten my pin so had to go to meet her with a fob...

i also love how car automatically pulls up front camera view minute i get into parking lot and get near a speed breaker or get near the curb to park. very useful

Is the car getting the latest SW updates? May be better to put the car on home wifi so that it is connected. Saying this since some of the glitches arent experienced by others in the forum (definitely not in my case) so i am thinking somehow over the air fixes are not reaching your car ??

we too have the profile issue. So until the solution is found, we have decided that whoever is going to drive the car first will go to teh car and the passenger will go after few minutes :-). However, switching profiles doesnt take more than 5-8 seconds on our GT. so not sure why some of them...

most responses are related to IOS. is this happening with Android also? May be this has something to do with app not being able to track teh location though set as such in settings?
