I made a change to the original order in August and in pdf that I received afterwards, there is a line for documentation fee of $75. If I try to order an inventory car now, the new documentation fee is $525. So this has changed very recently.

Not in my case. My order pdf only has destination fee, no mention of documentation (or you can understand as no documentation fee :-)).

I have two cars insured by AllState in New Jersey. Just asked a quote for the GGT I am getting in a few weeks (hopefully) and the rate is $1016 per 6 months. Guess this is reasonable.

I wrote to sales a while ago suggesting that they let local service centers to replace 22/23 wheels with smaller sets. Right now there are only 3 cars with 22/23 wheels. There were a lot more before. Not sure if they finally realized that people don’t want summer tires in the winter, hope they do.

If I am spending for this many upgrades, I would definitely want to spend $1300 more to get the leather seats. As it is configured, it's black inside out :)

Makes no sense to sell cars with summer tires in northern states at this time of the year. I think people in the south may not want to buy either. I asked a SA in local delivery center the same question, he agreed that it would nice to be able to do it, but they can’t.

LOL. I am in New Jersey, there is a car in San Francisco that matches my configuration. They should list the cars before they ship them out. Lucid is doing a lot of stupid things, in my opinion.

The one with the Tech package does NOT have dynamic handling which most people would want, especially with bunch of other upgrades.

Never mind. On the configurator, it says that 21/22 wheels are equipped with all season tires, so the SA was wrong.

Called the local studio, the person who answered the call said that the tires on the two sets of larger wheels are all summer performance ones and I should consider the 20/21 wheel set for winter driving. Not sure if I can trust the knowledge of any SA :)

Saw a car matches my configuration except with mid size wheels. Question for the experts, are the tires on the mid sized wheels okay for winter driving in the north (New Jersey)?

I am very interested in seeing a picture of the front license plate. Is it mounted on the bottom bumper or the frunk hood? New Jersey law requires a front plate, but it ruins the look of most cars.

Have not seen discussions about HUD recently. There is one coming to New Jersey with Tech package. For those who have HUD, are things working? Does it worth the money?
