Well usually when you sell more of something that means they’ll be more complaints when you mess up. Comes with the business. There’s a difference between expecting what you’ve been told vs expecting randomly. There’s no entitlement going on.

Well when a customer pays 6 figures for a vehicle, the expectations are going to be higher than if they bought a Honda Civic.

Lucid should have just not made the announcement with a rollout date and sent out emails hyping up the update if they weren’t ready. And, if they ran into unforeseen issues right before rollout they should have communicated that as well.

Agree, this was the first time I received an email promoting a software release. Don’t announce it if it’s not going to be released. Beta testing should have been done before the announcement.

Don’t exactly know what you’re trying to say. Lumbar support has nothing to do with where your butt goes. There’s no denying the Tesla seat bottoms are a lot softer and plush. The Gravity seat bottoms are firm.
