Is full self driving being developed for Gravity?

Personally, I tried a couple of times to like Waze, but just couldn't. It talked so incessantly about things of no value to me that my brain would tune her out completely... and then I'd miss my turn. One of the things I like about Lucid Nav is that it only talks to me when I actually need to...

Update on Our Next OTA Release (post-3.6.0)

If you get the 5 seater version it looks like they delete the 3rd row vents entirely. My two shelties would have appreciated having the air back there.

    Lucid Gravity in the wild

We're also from NC. Mount Mitchell and the Appalachias are pretty nice, but you can only get that "automotive promotional pamphlet" look out in the Rockies.

Update on Our Next OTA Release (post-3.6.0)

I've never had the bug where audio drops out from time to time and takes several seconds to come back again... until now. My car got the 3.6.0 update and I only had it for a couple of days before it went off to the SC for a month. At first I thought it was happening when the car moved from...

    Lucid is Nuts….

People make fun of the tagline, but I really do think of the Lucid as a "no compromises" vehicle. It's a performance car, without the ride quality of a Corvette. It's a luxury car without boating around like a Cadillac. It's an economy car (pennies per mile wise), without having your knees...

Transporting Multiple Dogs in a Lucid Gravity – Setups & Recommendations?

We had to combine a couple of backseat car carriers to fill the space behind the second row. (Limiting dog hair in the Gravity.) One of them is partly stuff and covers the Gravity gap, so they don't slide in. Our two shelties ride free back there for around town voyages. We've had four back...

My car has a bear patronus!?

My wife, who is a serious Harry Potter fan, laughed out loud.

Your user name says RaleighOne, but I've been to Raleigh and that terrain says west of the Mississippi somewhere.

    Lucid Gravity in the wild

It was funny attending the Lucid Owners Club Event in Charlotte. So used to being the only one on the road here and here we pull into a parking lot with probably 10 Gravities and more Air than you could count. Great time and a discovered a fantastic new coffee shop.

Update on Our Next OTA Release (post-3.6.0)

The 4 stages of Lucid customers: 1) They need to announce as soon as possible! 2) Why is it taking so long for production cars to be available? 3) Why did they ship this before it was ready? 4) What's next?

Update on Our Next OTA Release (post-3.6.0)

At the Charlotte Lucid Owners Club Event the software lead I spoke to mentioned 3.6.3 for Gravity being pushed out soon and that there would be one more big update planned for this year. From the discussion it sounded like point-to-point driving would be separate from that.

Update on Our Next OTA Release (post-3.6.0)

At the Charlotte Lucid Owners Club Event on Saturday he mentioned version 3.6.3. I have a display bug on the left side of the cockpit panel that he said should be addressed by it.

Bricked - no one picks up support phone

Getting service right is top of mind for Billy Hayes, the new Chief Customer Officer. We spoke to him in Charlotte on Saturday. There is a service expansion being worked on right now, but he couldn't share any numbers of what they are talking about. I assume budgetary approvals, et. al. They...

    Is Lucid nerfing power output?

I think the point is that you could create an even faster version of the Air/Gravity if we were all willing to pay what NASCAR does for tires.

    Vehicle to Home

At the Charlotte Owners Club Event on Saturday the question was asked something like, "After 2 years of waiting are we any closer to Lucid offering a V2H solution?" The head of software (can't remember his name) took the mic and said this was actively being worked on, so sooner rather than...

    Is Lucid nerfing power output?

One of the Lucid guys this weekend said it's more a limitation of what the tires can do than what they could tune the motors to do. (Walking around and sitting in the Sapphire was pretty cool, btw.)

    Should I lease A 2026 Gravity Touring - base model - HELP!?

We have owned the Gravity GT with pretty much all the options since December. Absolutely a joy to own and to show off to others.

    New CTO

He said that he wasn't able to reveal any numbers yet, but that they were working out the details right now for a pretty big expansion to the service side of the business. He said he's only been in the role for a couple of weeks, but the feedback on service has come through loud and clear. My...

Bye Lucid Air and Another Dear Lucid... Letter

My service center did not have a loaner, so they contacted Enterprise with a voucher for a rental. They forgot to e-mail the details to me on the Saturday before, but the service concierge got it done immediately when I called the day they came to take the Gravity away. I just showed up at the...
