    Hot spot?

Just rethinking how things are done... You know when you get into your car how the phone connects to the car via Bluetooth? Why doesn't your phone then become the cellular data connection for the car? Or at least have that as an option. I'm thinking of the people who have poor AT&T signal in...

Costco with AE charging station $0.61/kWhr

DCFC are a strange business where customers want there to be a lot of them, all over the place, but then try their best to never use them. I think high prices are going to be the norm, for the convenience of having one where and when you need it.

    New Gravity Owner

Pretty close to the Bronze GT build I ordered last September. Mine took 3 months to deliver. Totally worth the wait, but I hope yours comes sooner.

    Homelink issue

Homelink works pretty well for us anymore. Three things: 1) Getting the right button press takes getting used to. We did a lot of light tapping, which didn't register, or over holding, which caused it to start and immediately stop, before we got it right. This is a simple touchscreen read...

Is The 2027 Air Announcement Imminent?

We actually haven't heard when Air 2027 models might become available or what features might change. There's been no indication from Lucid, so far, that modifying Air for Dream Drive 2 is in the cards. There are a couple of good YouTube videos on Lucid Air with Dream Drive Pro available. You...

Germany - almost too late for a well-equipped 5-seat GT...

I assume you've seen this video? Misha Charoudin running cameras and casually chatting while doing 250 km/h on the Nurburgring circuit. Family car, indeed.

Battery Health - How much degradation is normal?

The only thing I'd add is that the loss curve is not flat. It's normal for the loss to be a bit steeper in the first year, then leveling out with virtually no loss for a number of years before the final decline.

Orange Warning: Drive System Needs Service

We had the coolant valve issue, too, and got it addressed at the Roswell GA service center. Our Lucid mobile tech diagnosed it when we were still trying to figure out what the impact was. We drove about 300 miles one trip, after the warning light showed up. It seems like it might cause...

Germany - almost too late for a well-equipped 5-seat GT...

We own a 5-seater with almost every option in Supernova Bronze. Here's hoping you come to love it as much as we do. We shall envy your Autobahn driving experience.

Air + DreamDrive Pro: Were We Left Behind?

CCCv2 gives you the processing power for the upcoming UX3.x upgrade and was needed for one of the features in the last OTA patch. Google Map searches, I think. It seems like the DDPro hardware is in other ways not enough to handle self-driving. When it comes to Gravity it will be leveraging...

Is The 2027 Air Announcement Imminent?

I'm guessing that whatever "sportier version" of Gravity is getting revealed was in the works long before Silvio was hired. I don't mind too much, as I think Lucid is at its best when it's pushing out new benchmark products. If they didn't have several best in class offerings I'm not sure...

Is The 2027 Air Announcement Imminent?

You get the feeling that Lucid designed these with the idea they would be "perfect" and never have to be modified.

Is The 2027 Air Announcement Imminent?

On the new Kim Java video the Lucid rep she was talking to said the agentic AI software was being released first for Air and later Gravity. Sounds like they are still committed to improving Air, at least in the software side. This is the New Race

QUESTION How many here are lease Gravity compare to buying them

Leasing wasn't an option in the state I live in, so we went ahead and bought it. Whoever didn't want me to be able to have one here.... phhhht! Still loving this thing.

    Tidal Quirks

I'd like for the lady who designed the Gravity's interior to take a crack at designing the visual interface of some of the infotainment screens. The A/V display, in particular, looks like an engineer designed it for efficient functionality. When I'm driving along for hours, I'd like it to be...

Is full self driving being developed for Gravity?

I might be a boomer. No problem paying for the car, but a monthly subscription to use certain features is going to be a tough sell.

Lucid AI Agent kKim Java YouTube video

I'd like for the Lucid AI to be able to handle a query like "Hey Lucid... Add the next available rest stop to my trip plan", knowing what route I'm on, what direction I'm going, and what next available means. How about a query like "Find me an alternate route without as much traffic" and know...

New owner - thoughts and experiences

I'm in the one pedal driving camp. If you are new, you should expect it to feel "wrong" for a bit. After all you are overriding years of experience driving with one more pedal than is necessary. It takes a little time to get used to it, but some people really like how it simplifies the...

    Locked out of Lucid Gravity

I think you could make the case that the car should not lock up if the keyfob is inside it. My previous cars have had chimes to let you know when you open the door. In this case the car was running, so you'd have to make the case that it shouldn't shut down with the keyfob inside or that it...

Favorite Gravity Feature of the Day

Yesterday I was admiring the headrests on the Gravity. They seem to bring your head forward the perfect amount from your back and shoulders. Most comfortable I've ever owned and I've never felt the need to adjust them.
