This morning I was at a shop to have my new tires rebalanced.. and the guy at the shop first of all, thought it was me because he doesn't see any lucid vehicles come in there.. and b "read that that the fire started before the driver hit the tool booth". insane to think that is true, but if true...

I feel it’s wide enough as long as you go through at the posted speed limit. But I must say there are too many accidents there. I agree with the ez pass people become stupid.

Oh wow I live 10 mins from there. Wondered if it was one of the few Lucid’s in town.. there are few including a gravity but saw the driver was from MA. Hope he pulls through and I also hope it wasn’t an issue with the car. Accidents happen. Glad he was rescued.

best way to proceed is to contact customer care and work through them. they were able to diagnose and ship me a replacement unit. for those with third party chargers, i think contacting customer care is still warranted. only way lucid can get establish root cause (there could be more than 1)...
