Buying a Lucid in the next 60 days

Can't say I've encountered that at all. And it's definitely NOT lack of heat here in Texas. 😀

Level 2 EV Charger at home, for Lucid Gravity Touring - Suggestions / Experience

This is what I did for my first year of Lucid ownership in Chicago. I finally got annoyed by long lines in winter when everyone was also doing this:P The charging during cold weather was much slower to add miles both from the need to pre-heat the battery and cabin and the 40% less efficiency.

2024 Grand Tour vs 2025 Tour

I'd get a 2025 because it has a quieter front motor and heat pump. The Grand Touring has more range and power. The Touring feels lighter in a good way.

2024 Grand Tour vs 2025 Tour

25 also get a heat pump and are more efficient in the cold weather. Touring has more backseat leg room without the batteries back there if you are going to have passengers often.

    Brakes feel underwhelming, anyone else?

...lose the precise control of the vehicle that High Regen gives you ...so for me there's only one good option here. I am aware there's more heat loss with Regen set on High than Standard but would be willing to bet that the additional friction braking necessary causes way more heat to escape...

    Gravity A/C Fail

The heat is working in mine so it's unlikely a refrigerant leak and some other issue. I tried resetting and playing the front/rear zones and the auto/max AC which didn't make a difference. It's going into service on Monday and I'm getting a loaner.

    Plugin refrigerator recommendation

...I have a compressor style myself and it works great! I would caution, however, about using it in the frunk in hot weather. The frunk is a sealed space, and the heat buildup in there would occur rapidly in hot weather and overheat it. I put mine back by the liftgate and it works great there.

    Window Closing Problems

I feel like 3.6 has actually introduced more bugs with the windows. And im seeing some random hiccups where screens not waking up, etc. Id rather roll back to 3.5

Lucid Gravity UX 3.6 is here!

Audi etron sportback 55 (2022 model) It sure does charge with full speed until 100% with out decreasing the speed. AC should always without any compromise be at 100% charging speed. If not, then there is a limit in software usually

Lucid Gravity UX 3.6 is here!

...to send, and just the battery is involved. When L2 AC charging, the car's onboard charging equipment is engaged, and that generates additional heat beyond the battery. That heat has to be managed. You're confusing the two different types of charging and assuming that only the battery's BMC...

Natick service: riding the wave with grace

This, 100%. I just scheduled the 1 year checkup for my AGT, and the Natick folks were super responsive. I made the appt via the app, and got a call the next day to discuss the details. Then I discovered some damage to the rear diffuser, and called Natick to discuss. They got back to me and the...

Natick service: riding the wave with grace

...one he hadn’t heard of before: HVAC not cooling at all when car is stationary—precooling or climate Hold when parked circulate air at outdoor ambient temps—and effectiveness in motion seems speed-related. Maybe an intake or circulation fan in the heat pump failed? Or best case, an internal...

    Window Closing Problems

...3.6.0 being the main factor. My GGT is in a garage and the issue started before the current warm-up in weather. 3.6.0 could be more sensitive to heat? Maybe I'll go outside and test the window for another 5 minutes continuously :). Some other notes: my window motor does seem to strain a...

    Window Closing Problems

Interesting. I was starting to suspect a correlation with heat and window problems. My car was out in the hot sun and my front passenger window would not roll up while parked (I was not repeatedly rolling the window down/up). It started working after a few minutes of driving. I was thinking it...

    Automatic cabin ventilation

In a Tesla it didn't really work that great, but they cool down really fast. On the list of features (for me) that would be towards the bottom of what I'm waiting for.
