My experience with a 2025 AGT after 34k miles in my 2023 AGT

...manufacturing and QA over the years, there are several tangible component upgrades in the 2025+ cars that'll make a real difference - CCCv2, heat pump, motor mounts that you mentioned, to name a few. On top of that, those summer tires will be a big step up (in proper conditions) over the A/S...

Knock Knock, Lucid… It’s the Air Owners. Remember Us? 😂

All of the Air sedans have pretty much been built from same parts since debut. Software has matured, heat pump added, processor updated and systems tweaked, but the basic body and trim is the same. They can't really justify or afford to change the basics right now, but I hope that some updates...

    Air conditioning impact on range

I have never seen above 12% and that is during hotter weather with AC on all 3 rows set to 72. 25% is very high unless its a trip where the car was heat soaked and trying to cool down over 3 miles....

    Air conditioning impact on range

Preconditioned to 68F and plugged in. Trying to get the data as close as possible.

    Air conditioning impact on range

Was the car outside in the heat before you got in? For shorter trips AC will have an outsized impact as it works to cool down the car.

    Massage seats turning off

I asked the SC again and the reply I got was (lightly edited): Seems entirely believable and also explains the differences in what people are reporting here -- maybe if you keep your car really cold it'll stay on longer -- but it would be good for this to be officially documented or even for UX...

    Glass canopy or Aluminum roof

I haven't had any cellular signal issues with my aluminum roof. And after 2 days of record breaking 109F heat here in a rental Volvo with a glass roof, I am confident I made the right choice going with the aluminum roof.

    Glass canopy or Aluminum roof

I has XPEL 15 film installed from the sunshade mounts back to the B pillar. Works great! Glare is no longer an issue and heat rejection is much improved. I get the open sense of the sky above without any downsides.

    Glass canopy or Aluminum roof

I came from a glass roof Model 3 as well, and the summer heat was definitely noticeable without some kind of shade. I ended up using a mesh shade, and it made a pretty big difference in comfort without completely losing the open glass roof feel. The main downside was having to remove it when I...

[Suggestions] Software features from other brands that make sense

Let me check again, I don't think the AC started when I got in the car, only once when I pressed the brake pedal. I would like AC to run when I unlock the car though from the key (I use that as remote climate essentially). I have the hud, it doesn't display a mini map either. Both screen does...

[Suggestions] Software features from other brands that make sense

Your first request is already there (and I think has been for awhile, Lucid just added the rear seats). If you have the ac/heat on and shutdown the car the same settings will be on when you next get into the car. can't comment on music apps as I only use Sirius XM This is what HUD is isn't it...

[Suggestions] Software features from other brands that make sense

Two days of usage, but few things I noticed: - AC/heat should start to run as soon as car is unlocked. - More music apps (Amazon Music) - Would be nice to have a preview map for turns in the front dashboard. - Would be nice to have parking cameras to become active when at home (my EQS had it...

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

And now my driver side window is all the way down. CC trying to escalate my service ticket as I can't leave the vehicle in any public parking area with the window completely down. Also, in 100+ degree heat, it's a real problem...

Is The 2027 Air Announcement Imminent?

I will admit that while the Pureluxe seats tear a bit too easily, they are soft and comfortable and don't seem to hold heat like most black seats in cars. I'm in the DFW area, so no stranger to hot sun. Plus, the ability to pull out your phone and have the car start cooling off before you get...

    Blended Braking

Right, but it should help with braking performance because less heat should be generated by the brakes each time you use them.

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

...on my GGT just started having issues this week. Tried with CC to recalibrate, but they've determined it'll need service. Can at least get it nearly all the way closed but there is a definite gap. Good news is the heat dome over TX right now won't allow for any rain in the foreseeable future.

    Thoughts on Air ventilated seats?

My Air, not this loaner, has standard seats. I’m comparing to Gen2 (if it matters) Rivian R1S. Firstly, they’re standard even in the base R1S we have. Secondly they are enormously more effective at cooling

    Two month service backlog??

...replicate the massage-seat issue. I was later told the massage function has a one-hour time limit and automatically shuts down because of heat. That explanation sounds suspicious to me, but at this point I don’t even care. I just need the car back as quickly as possible. I can save that fight...
