Seems that the updated app 2.8.2 version (September 22) fixed the charging authorization handshake issue. I am still on the 2.8.4 and was able to charge at EA successfully after plugging first time.

This ^^^^. I posted about this before. BofA under LFS owns the car. After the lease return they need to "refurbish" it and sell it at the auction. Considering how much the value of these cars depreciated BofA is trying really hard to minimize their loss at the cost of Lucid brand name.

After vehicle showing offline I did receive the 2.8.0 update. Maybe this is an indication that uodate is downloading to the car? I also had the same message about batter dangerously low first time opening the app after an update even though SOC was 81%.

Back to normal. Vehicle no longer showing offline. The app and waking up behaves normally now.
