They did not replace my cable. Just "reseated it" i.e. plugged it back in. So it waited in AZ two weeks, not for parts but due to backlog of work.

If you look at owners manual, overview, exterior picture it is #11. As stated above it is is a towing point. There is one in the back too. If you go to towing section of manual it explains in more detail where you find the the towing eye etc.
