The alternative if you opt out is you aren’t beholden to arbitration and you sue them directly. There’s a reason all these companies want to force you into arbitration and it isn’t for your benefit.

What happens if their lawyers don’t show up to the arbitration hearing and don’t have a reason submitted beforehand? Seems like it would be an automatic ruling against Lucid, but I never underestimate how much the consumer gets screwed and the companies get protected in stuff like this.
