Sales probably won’t increase markedly. Total guess on my part, but I think there just isn’t enough demand at this price point. If people want to wait for deals, up to them. All companies give deals at end of month, year, etc.

They still screw in though, right? I have the G1 Gravity crossbars. They were fine all winter for our ski rack. It’s an incredibly tedious and unnecessarily complex installation process. Our Rivian takes less than five minutes to put them on and off.

Oddly, voice quality with CarPlay is noticeably worse (for me). I hear you on Apple Music. I always forget about that as I don’t use it. We are a Spotify/tidal household.

My point is/was Tesla and Rivian in car navigation are terrible too. So that’s why I love CarPlay.

CarPlay is fantastic for Waze and texting. I don’t need it for anything else but love it for those. In car routing is terrible in our Lucid, Tesla and Rivian, so having CarPlay means I can have Waze on my screen versus my phone on my lap.

There really aren’t “colors” to choose from. It’s Green or shades of white and gray/black or brown. It would be nice to offer a true color aside from “my stomach’s upset” green, which is what I have.

My Dell does it too but it Pops up and goes away. It still charges fine. Just slower.

For wired CarPlay, either one of those usb c ports works. No idea about the media boxes. I am not messing with those…
