2027 order on Apr 1st. Now its a mid June start date

Did they mention if it was Gravity and Air inventory that is high? I don’t think they produce many Air GT’s with DDP/SSP anymore. Rarely any on their website. Even rarer, have not seen a White Air with DDP/SSP/Stealth/19’s in ages.

$100K Lucid Air – 3 Years Later, Still Waiting on Promises

Auto park is flawless now and I have a 21 Model S refresh and FSD with HW4 is really good. Even my HW3 is good, but not near as good as HW4.

    Stock price of Lucid

I sure have not been reading that. Even hmp10 has constant software issues on his two Gravities. Just based on he has been saying make me reluctant to purchase a Lucid, even though I would like too. Sure hope Lucid gets this turned around. And then there are the service appointment issues...

    2027 Gravity available for order

I also noticed that it lists the 2026 as having an AM radio. So, it does not? If not, wonder if the 2027 really does have an AM radio.

    2027 Gravity available for order

Nice catch. Just looked and zero incentives or special financing on those yet. Don’t expect them too, until they clear out the 2026 and then I bet they continue again. 2026 is a way better purchase right now, unless something on the 2027 changed that makes it even better.

New Owner - Detroit / SE, Michigan

Congrats! Must be look nice. My favorite color on the Air is White/Stealth. How did you make it look like Stealth?

Separating the car from the company

Universal to any EV? No they are not and no way to the extreme decline that people keep posting about. I know for a fact BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Tesla, Rivian EV’s are not experiencing these service issues and have established service networks where can easily get appointments and fix issues...

Q1 deliveries much worse than expected

I would never say never. Bet people on the LIV Tour where saying that and it is most definitely going to fold at some point this year. If Saudi’s want Lucid to succeed they need to pour a ton more money in Lucid for more service centers, software, etc. Company has to execute to perfection...

New to EV market - looking at Lucid

Just as a reference, CarPlay still reliable on our BMW after latest iOS update. Reliable on our son’s Bronco Sport too. 🙂

Q1 deliveries much worse than expected

I guess that is nice, but if they keep have service issues like what is posted on this thread, then they will have major issues going forward and stats like that won’t matter. Definitely scares potential buyers away like me that are not that close to a service center. And I don’t want an...

    FM Radio??

Yes - that is nice. The problem with that though, is the FM stations usually are not as strong as the AM stations, at least in my area. I think cars should be required to have AM radio still. I listen to a lot of sports radio and local news and AM is still the best, most reliable to pull...

High mileage owner – service downtime concern

I don’t understand why Lucid requires those service intervals. They are not required on my Tesla and the air filters are easily changed on my own. It is an EV, so there really should not be many required service visits. Can mobile complete those service visits, as I live too far away to do...

    XM Issues

Such a mistake not to include a real SXM antenna. How hard would that have been. Never like SXM without the antenna, as the whole point of SXM for me is stability when traveling.

Lucid CEO Says Gravity Hands-Free Driving Is ‘Few Weeks Away’ After Delay

I would hope so, as it is not 2019 anymore. This is a total different time and I never compare what Tesla did years ago, what cars can do today. So much more competitive and advanced when it comes to software/tech. And love the Tesla red light/green light detection. 🙂

    Gravity Efficiency and Range

Thanks - the Edmunds results are really interesting. Agree with you on the EPA numbers/Edmunds. Would also be nice to see the average battery degradiation over time too. Definitely a nice perspective. 🙂

    Gravity Efficiency and Range

With my ICE, BMW, Mercedes, etc they have all exceeded easily EPA range. Maybe, as they are Euro cars. Our X5d is a beast and blows the EPA range out of the water in all conditions, so did my 5 Series. Range is extremely important to me, as I travel a lot and expect to get close to EPA...

    Gravity Efficiency and Range

Yep - we get that. Has been said over and over again. There needs to be one test and it should be the 2-cycle test, as that is way more realistic of hitting the actual EPA range. The 5-cycle test seems like the EPA rigs the numbers. I know they don’t, but I want the mfg’s to be required the...

    Gravity Efficiency and Range

When I and other consumers new to EV’s hear the most efficient, we think that means you get the range that is posted by the EPA. That is what most efficient means to me. I get what it means, but the phrase is very misleading to the most of the general population that know nothing about EV’s...

Q1 deliveries much worse than expected

Totally agree with you. They need to get to a point where consumers have total confidence in the car/software and that they can drive it anywhere without issues. They need to get to that point quickly, because once it goes to the masses with a a small SUV, they can’t make these same mistakes...

    Gravity Efficiency and Range

It is frustrating, as unlike ICE cars that actually attain or exceed EPA in real world driving, Lucid/Tesla don’t come close. So makes total sense, that majority of general public that make the move to an EV from one of these mfg’s would be very disappointed. EPA should go to the conservative...
