I'm in this boat as well. Literally the only thing I've ever griped about, is the doors presenting so I can open them when I walk up. Aside from the "Brickening" that hit the Pure RWD, I have had, in 12k miles literally zero issues except the door handles. Sometimes it's instant, sometimes I too...

Same regarding the charging, I constantly get notifications charging started, charging stopped all night. When I get in it isn't even full, it's always 1% less (Charge to 80, I get 79, charge to 85 I get 84) so weird. I'll have to check if its not sleeping.

For me, 25 Air Pure, Easy Entry works when exiting the vehicle. Seat slides back and steering wheel moves closer to the dash when I either open my door or manually put it in park. When I am leaving, I get in and close my door then the seat slides into my preferred position.

If you haven't, definitely call Customer Care and wait for them to answer or take the callback option. Within 3 hours I had my software pushed once I called. Not empirical evidence you'll get it quickly, but it should help.

For the record, after updating the literal only weirdness I experienced was, first drive out of the garage it said I was drowsy and should take a break. That notification stayed up until I got to my destination and got out. When I returned to the car and drove home, zero issues or notifications...

When I called in I waited until I got the "do you want a callback" and then about 15 minutes later they called me back. Hopefully same luck for you.

Sadly, nothing received as of now. Staring at my Ubiquity and lots of uploading, no downloads yet Last 24 hours show 200mb uploaded but only 22mb downloaded, no patch.

Now that they're open today, called Customer Care and left a call back. Called me back in about 15 minutes (knew I shouldn't have jumped in the shower but we all learn :)). Explained the issue, and he let me know the OTA team is trying to push it to my car. So, we will see. Have to give kudos...

Well, I did try calling today, but I got the message to call during business hours. I don't want to call for a "roadside emergency" because, let's face it, it's annoying, i'm upset, but I'm definitely not needing it THAT badly. I would hate to be the reason someone didn't get legitimate help...

Yes, I have checked that more than 20 times in the last 24 hours. Pointless. If that had the ability to "check in" and look for the latest update........but no. Still sitting on my ass wasting an entire weekend because the only car I own is bricked. Woo.
