Transporting Multiple Dogs in a Lucid Gravity – Setups & Recommendations?

Somebody posted NHTSA release notes or something from the new release and it did mention this. Not sure why NHTSA gets release info early but whatever. Thread https://lucidowners.com/threads/nhtsa-3-6-2-update-notes.16355/#post-358978

    Driving Awareness issues after update?

Software…unfortunately, I think Lucid is incurring a LOT of hardware replacement costs when it’s actually software that’s driving the issue (see what I did there). But the SC folks don’t seem familiar enough with the software or its challenges and tend to just lean on a hardware change. Which...

    Driving Awareness issues after update?

Interesting. I would say the driver monitor awareness is hyper vigilant - like too aggressive. But, it hasn’t made self driving unusable for me. It just means I really have to keep my eyes on the road. Which is probably what’s it’s supposed to do. 😏 But I do think it’s too “strict”...

Is full self driving being developed for Gravity?

I should have added that Lucid’s nav is still terrible for me. I honestly think something based on the Lewis and Clark Expedition would be more accurate than however Lucid comes up with their navigation directions…but that’s why I love CarPlay. Pretty much the only reason I wanted CarPlay was...

Hardware difference between Gravity DreamDrive 2 base and Premium

And the costs is? I have DDPro already but am curious.

Is full self driving being developed for Gravity?

I think what you describe in Rivian is pre the overhaul to complete Google Maps. Per Rivian. It now natively uses Google Maps data and backend services for its vehicle navigation and layers Rivian’s custom UI over it. I’ve found it to be “meh” compared to my phone app, so not sure what the...

Introducing Lucid Tracker — A New Community Tool

Found the leaderboard, but don’t see myself on it for miles though I have 21,000+ on my Gravity. Looks like it should be visible through my profile…if you can’t tell, I’m a bit competitive! 🤣

Introducing Lucid Tracker — A New Community Tool

Love it. Thank you!!! I can’t seem to find the leaderboards any more. How does the app know estimated battery life? That comes from some sort of feed from the car? Thanks so much for all of the work!

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

Bummed to hear this. Also bummed to hear you’re experiencing the destabilization challenge post OTA. I haven’t had it yet with the last OTA, but what you describe has been pretty common for me over the past year of ownership. Amazing right after OTA and then gremlins creep back. For me, at...

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

It’s MUCH better now, to be fair! The windows go up and down now. Much better than driving around with cardboard over my window back in the day! 🤣

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

Not so sure about that. I just got my car back from service and one of the regulators was just replaced (again) and it still has the same issue. I’m told it’s actually some sort of software issue (maybe). My other window still has an issue after two new regulators. Thankfully, they both work...

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

I will say this. This thread used to be lit up like a Christmas tree daily. Literally. There minute by minute posts about the fob, random errors, etc. It’s amazing to see it’s really nowhere near as active as it was. Yes, work still to be done, but wow, it’s come a long way.

Dreamdrive limited message while driving in rain

I get that message (without the service piece) in heavy rain. Same message I get in our Rivian and Tesla. But it goes away after rain is done.

Not working Tesla wall charger but works with Tesla EVSE

Mine ONLY works at the 48A (60A) setting for whatever reason. Doesn’t charge slower even at lower setting. Just doesn’t charge. I stopped messing with it because it works at the 48A.

Is full self driving being developed for Gravity?

I find the police and other warnings super helpful. It also seems to have much better traffic data and routing. But, I agree, Waze isn’t as far ahead as it used to be. Lucid still takes me a) the longer / more maze like way b) through one way streets and c) routes me right into traffic jams...

    V 3.6 potential issues

This is similar to my issue that turned out to me a cooling valve, etc. I had the warning and went on several road trips and over 1,000 miles with it - probably because I was so used to errant warnings a year ago. When I did contact SC, they wanted to make sure I took it in and I was...

(Off-topic?) Several Used DE for sale

^ Agree. But…it took quite some time to get here. The lease rates are nowhere near as attractive as the finance rates right now in the 2026s. Particularly since there are no real part differences or features as compared to the “2027s”…

Drive System Warning - Service in the Chicago Area

I just got my Gravity back as well. It was at the SC for 10 days, but actually be worked in for 2.5 days. It was a couple of days before they began to work on it. Thankfully, they had Air loaners. Communication was excellent daily and everything (and more) was addressed. TBH, I’d prefer a...

Is full self driving being developed for Gravity?

What’s not clear to me is IS that NVIDIA hardware already in all Gravity and so its new software or are they putting NEW NVIDIA chips in newer Gravity? I think it’s the former but I find it confusing.

Is full self driving being developed for Gravity?

IDK but I wouldn’t use Lucid, Tesla OR Rivian route planning unless I had to. The one reason I wanted CarPlay was for Waze!
