    If you want to get out of a contract with someone, lawyers are going to be involved. Then nothing is easy or fast. I'm saying this appears to be a difficult thing for Lucid to fix, and that undoubtedly lawyers are involved.

    Where corporations are involved, if something important is easy to fix, and it doesn't get fixed, its usually an indication that a fix isn't so simple after all. And any time lawyers get involved, everything slows to a crawl. No offense--some of my best friends are lawyers ;)
