That was rather weird to hear during delivery. I had test driven a Gravity back in May, but couldn't drive the one I was about to purchase. I get it, but definitely different from the traditional dealership experience.

Getting the electrician to come back will help determine if the problem is the connection or the charger. Not sure any of these are part of the problem, but I'd: Check dip switches on charger. Make sure electrician did use a GFCI breaker. Make sure compression lugs were used.

What do you mean by "panel on the seat"?

I purchased the NACS charger. It's charging fine. The only issue I had was connecting it to my Wi-Fi, but that was resolved as well. Provide more details on your issue so members can provide feedback to you.

Your only car? Unless, you know for sure you can get a loaner or rental reimbursement, don't do it. Always have a backup even with an ICE car.

As the mobile tech explained to me, the damage from the cupholder occurs during the assembly of the console when the cupholder is pushed into place. Use of the cupholder by a customer is not a contributing factor.
