Oddly enough. Twice over the past two days, my audio has reverted back to sounding like crap. But if I get out, let it all shut off, then get back in, it sounds good against. I have no idea if this is a hardware or software thing at this point

I have a touring and had a GT loaner for a bit. I prefer my touring, but I really do miss those 20-way seats. They are amazing. But the overall driving dynamics feel better to me in the lighter Touring.

Yep, that is also my understanding here. Tidal is currently the only supported option for Atmos in the car. Hopefully an update in the near future can remedy that.
