I bought my Touring just before year end '22. After suffering thru software challenges for the first 3months, things have really improved & I don't mind that I'm married to the car. It is just so much fun to drive. I volunteer to make 6-hour r/t drives !! I never used to enjoy driving so...

Good observation about the rollout issue. I'm still waiting on my newest updates, but would rather wait until Lucid is pretty sure they have it right. No need to be a guinea pig.

good I've got USAA also for my Touring in Delaware. My policy, bundled with home & a decent driving record & similar deductibles, is a hair under $4,800 a year. That's more than 50% more a year than I was paying for a AWD Lexus IS.

I think that without tinting on the canopy, you will roast in warm weather. All my glass, including canopy, is tinted & it still gets pretty hot after the car sits in the sun in warm weather.

"Touch Parking" has long been an accepted requirement for putting too many cars into too few parking spaces. People who live in NYC accept a lot of things most civilized people would rebel at.

Agreed. If you're cruising along on ACC & traffic is stopped the car brakes very, very late. In those situations, I find the only prudent thing to do is disengage ACC & get on the brakes as I don't have faith the car will stop in time.

I'd second that opinion. It's a total crapshoot. Two additional wildcards are "How many chargers will be working when you get there? Will anyone be ahead of you waiting for the remaining working charger(s) ??? "" Give yourself extra time &, as someone said on one of these threads, give...
