90 miles per day commute means I hope you’re targeting a 15k per year lease. Just a heads up I have a pure with aluminum roof, all my loaners have been glass roof GT’s and I think each has a benefit. The glass roof feels more airy, but the aluminum roof keeps sun down in the hot months.

I don’t think that video was accurately described. No way the steering, brakes and motor all failed at once.

Have you drive another air for a long enough period of time? If not, ask for an overnight test drive in another one. Maybe it’s your specific one that’s causing it?

If nothing else I appreciate the info here so I can be ready at my own lease return next September. Hopefully by then all of this will be better but going in ready is helpful. I have leased BMW’s, Teslas and Mercedes with little to no issue on return. I also take extremely good care of my cars...

Happened again to me after my son’s soccer game. The only non-functional screens this time were the left side one (with wiper/light controls) and of course the speedo screen. The other two were working in full though audio from CarPlay was blipping and the screen was slow to take inputs...

I’d also like to say it has no relationship to charging. In my case it has never happened after charging. It happened for the first time in 3 days this afternoon after I pulled up to my sons school, got out, got him in the car then went to drive away. In this case I knew something was up...

Honestly, I have had nothing but good service experiences, so I probably have more patience than others -- but it does surprise me there hasn't been any sort of official acknowledgement... I get that marqie mentioned the awareness, though honestly I must have missed that post.

Happened to me again in a parking lot. It seems to resolve faster these days at least. Center screen and right screen still work though they’re slow. I don’t know if it’s a fix (probably not) but the last two times when I folded and unfolded the mirrors the car magically dinged and was ready to go.
