Ok, that helps. Simply a UI gauge display change. No underlying change in regen specs, so that leaves degradation of efficiency. Hard to believe this discrepancy is simply due to more accurate UI display.

range is mi/kwh x soc x kw. If high regen is less aggressive, it must decrease ability to regen battery charge? My mistake, so decreased ability to regen battery charge is another factor in range which is not in equation. Asking for a friend.
