The service tech told me this morning that it was “butyl tape” which was thick and appeared much stiffer than the duct tape-like tape that it replaced/supplemented.

Recently I was in NJ driving my white 2023 AT and a gray Lucid passed me. I saw him approaching in my rear view mirror and gave him a thumbs up out of my window as he passed me. It was the first time in 5500 miles of driving that my car was near another Lucid.
