    Ceramic Spray Coating

I finally worked up the nerve to try the Gtechniq CSL ceramic DIY product. I was afraid of leaving the product on too long as the Youtube reviews cautioned against. I started with my father’s 2011 Toyota Camry with 180K miles in a Gravity-like green color which had been paint-refreshed and...

    How to access camera views?

Some Teslas have this feature. My 2018 Model S 100D has the rear, left side and right side camera views all available at all speeds if selected, or just the rear camera view is selectable. When all three cameras are selected they eclipse all other displays on the screen.

The Press Embargo Has Been Lifted

Solid review! Those performance figures are tremendous. However, I was dismayed at the conclusion-"VERDICT: A mega minivan."

    LUCID Gravity Lease vs Finance

That says “may” not “must” so that isn’t definitive but FWIW I asked ChatGpt and got this result which suggests it is driven not by the IRS but by the lease contract:

    2.8.0 Software Update

How do I change the charging amps using the app? Or is it done on the dash screen?

    2.8.0 Software Update

I just updated my software to 2.8 and have DDP. It took two hours and I did the Air logo soft reset when it finished. Tested the frunk lid opening/closing and it may be my imagination but it seemed noticeably smoother than before the update, but the update notes I received with the update made...

Yay, Tesla charging … July 31!

Thanks for the post! This illustrates why we should buy the Lucid branded adapter instead of saving a few bucks with the other products.

Lucid added as "coming soon" on Tesla SC network

Yes, those were my thoughts. Please let us know what you find inside the Lucid adapter.

Lucid added as "coming soon" on Tesla SC network

I meant some sort of wireless or other electronic connection circuit between the car and the supercharger completed by the adapter. Maybe via a chip, or a tag that permits the adapter to work, but those more knowledgeable than me say there isn’t.

Yay, Tesla charging … July 31!

I do not have documented proof but I am in central Florida with compatible chargers apparently in the minority. And this is Tesla-land! Those cars are everywhere… and before the posters that have been labeled “fan boys” by Lucid detractors pile on, I will reiterate that I am grateful for the...

Yay, Tesla charging … July 31!

Yet that number is not the actual number of compatible chargers, capisce? And I can also be disappointed as well as grateful!

Yay, Tesla charging … July 31!

Well, I for one must say that this is a bit of a disappointment, to see that so many Tesla Superchargers are not compatible. I ordered the Lucid NACS adapter as a back up to EA charging for long distance trips, and while I had no issue living with 50KW charging as a backup, it seems that the...
