Ooh, yes that makes more sense. It could have been cross traffic from behind the space and across the median. I did not clock that at all at the time obviously, but seems likely and you can see where it would be coming from in the picture. Much better explanation for why it would swap to that...

Me too. Unfortunately, I have no new updates as I have not been able to find anything to make it stick. I've also tried enabling the setting on other apps randomly and this continues to be the only one that forces itself back to Optimized.
