Thanks, I figured it had to be some kind of technical limitation but didn't understand. It makes sense why the AC couldn't do DC... but not the other way around. You'd think you could just send the slower AC over the DC pins no problem! That's definitely going to be annoying to say the least.

Why on earth does the adapter only work with DC? That's the faster NACS variety... AC is the slower one. If it works with DC shouldn't it work with both?

Isn't this what the due bill is for? Not sure what happens when you take delivery as opposed to picking up from Lucid, but I had to sign off on one and later reach out with my delivery specialist (next day) to get something added.

I also had no problem with the day/night setting. In fact I turned it on Night mode only because of exactly what @Genghis said, was a little trigger happy swapping when I drove thru an underpass/etc. I think he probably didn't notice the setting at all, but it's there!

I'm not so sure, but either way when using this setting Lucid still launches AA automatically but instead of the crooked rectangle is simply a message stating "Unlock your phone to use Android Auto". So that's the same number of button presses to get back to the Lucid screen anyway.

A+ tip, long press works and yes AA will ask you to reply without any additional inputs. I'm glad AA can be used to fill this gap, it was crazy the number of steps Lucid made you do to reply to a message!

Can you elaborate on this? I want Android Auto for a few things, but at the top of the list is being able to reply to messages as they are received. I had it every day when plugged in, and every time I turned on the climate in the app before heading to the car. I just got the update today but it was 1/1 fixed in both scenarios.
