Key fob battery; spec and warning

I can verify they do not do this for Gravity. Tesla did this, too, for the first 3-4 years…

    NACS Charging at Tesla SCs

EA on East Coast also has far inferior locations at the edge of Walmart parking lots, most frequently. EA is a last resort for me - always. But that’s also because my EV journey began with Tesla 12 years ago, so I was “raised” on SCs. FWIW. Tesla SCs are great, but the last two I went to with...

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Do not complete any financing info until you have a delivery date. Approval is only good for 30+/- days. Also, there are no lease deals (except the $7,500 tax credit) and no finance deals. Lowest finance rates usually come from credit unions. There are no incentives on Gravity. If you want...

You’ll get it by end of September. They’re gearing up for their end of Q push.

Key fob battery; spec and warning

I’d happily replace the battery weekly if my fob worked and started out Gravity…

    Suspension Judder

I haven’t felt it. I actually feel like it absorbs bumps and other road issues incredibly well. That said, I DID notice my ride got rougher when I started getting the “air suspension degraded” alert. My Gravity is “stuck” at the standard height and it’s clearly a tougher ride than when I first...

Anyone delivered a Gravity that DOESN'T require trip to SC?

The reason I started the Service Center thread versus the bugs/issues thread is, in general, things aren’t as bad as you’d think if you read bugs/issues. Few folks (like less than 3?) here have had to bring their car to an SC because it was completely inoperable. There are items that only an...

New to the Lucid Family - From Model X to Gravity Dream Edition

Is that the material at the top of the back of the front seats (if that makes sense) and on lower part of the dash? Almost feels like a low ply carpet…been trying to figure out if I vacuum it or brush it or how it should be cleaned.

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Yes, you SA can provide the info and/or you can call lucid finance folks. As for money down, that’s pure math. I personally think “no” and take that money and invest it now and it will grow to help buy at end of lease, if you want. If you’re super sensitive to monthly payments, then I can see...

Appreciate the update and hope you hear news soon.

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

I’ve heard nothing on OTA but with 3.2.2 I feel like Lucid tipped their hand by updating the phone app first. Not sure if that’s typical though…

Gravity Service Appointments and Time In Service

Location definitely matters. There are a lot (relatively) of Airs in the DMV area and one service center, so I think that makes a difference. Feels like there are far fewer Airs (and Gravity) in other parts of the country.

Gravity Service Appointments and Time In Service

I do think the loaner creates a longer wait. I, too, have a “non important” list that I wasn’t going to address, but once the window got stuck open, I had to address. If they knew it would take a day or two, I’d uber, but they said “since it’s a gravity, you better get a loaner…” Honestly, I...

@EV_wings Is that the KOP service center where you took delivery? Looks familiar. Congrats!

    Gravity 75 mph Range

Lucid does recommend keeping car plugged in at all times when not in use. I am no expert on battery chemistry, and since they say plug it in all the time, presumably, there’d be many times when one only drove 20 miles that day, so it’s topping off. The real issue, as I understand it, is if...

    How to access camera views?

Got it. Sorry! Didn’t realize as I lurk in the Gravity threads more. My bad. And, BTWs, the cool new features come with pesky new bugs, so be careful what you wish for!

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

36 months / 15,000 miles and a bit under $1,600/month. It’s complicated, but I put about $15,000 down for various personal reasons. Normally, I’d put no money down as it doesn’t make financial sense. The residual is something like $67,000. Which actually feels about right - maybe a bit low BUT...

Gravity Service Appointments and Time In Service

They’ve not been dismissive in any way and have tried to help and have been helpful. Just trying to understand whether a 2-3 week wait is what we should expect. I think, as @hmp10 said, everything is new for Gravity - including the regulator for my window. The mobile tech accidentally brought...

    Gravity 75 mph Range

I don’t know the electrical specifics, but the Tesla and Rivian do not draw down on battery power and then refill - it’s somehow powers systems fairly directly. Otherwise, you’d get an unnecessary amount of relatively quick cycles on the batteries which would cause accelerated wear. Also, the...

    How to access camera views?

Our 2022 X has camera views at any speed, as does our 2023 R1S. Again, they make me sick personally, but they’re available.
