RESOLVED Does your front footwell woofer work properly? TSB-B1122-001

I'll share a picture later tonight. From my OP - "Put your hand or ear on the little leather panel next to the dead pedal" It's a little leather panel right next to your ankle if you're resting your foot on the dead pedal. There's a speaker behind it.

RESOLVED Does your front footwell woofer work properly? TSB-B1122-001

A weak vibration would be normal operation I think. A rattle is not normal though. It should be "tight". Obviously pretty hard to describe here. I sat in another owner's car and immediately felt that the sound was better. Their car seems to have a loose or blown sub in the front but it still...

Song Recommendations to get the best out of the Air sound system!

Can y'all vote on this real quick? https://lucidowners.com/threads/does-your-front-footwell-subwoofer-work.3326/#post-79717 The sound in the back seat is just insanely good (Atmos or not, doesn't matter). I hadn't tried sitting back there before but it's miles better than my front seat...

RESOLVED Does your front footwell woofer work properly? TSB-B1122-001

On the volume, yes. I think the volume scale might be logarithmic rather than a linear 0-100%.

RESOLVED Does your front footwell woofer work properly? TSB-B1122-001

@Bobby showed me that there's a Subwoofer in the driver side footwell. Mine doesn't seem to work, even after a reset. 1. Please play "Counting Crows - Big Yellow Taxi" on Tidal. Youtube reference - 2. Set the volume to 50%. 3. Put your hand or ear on the little leather panel next to the dead...

    When do we see 2.0?

This is no longer available on the center display. You can still find it in Settings -> Vehicle -> Trip Information.

    When do we see 2.0?

Okay I'll try a full indication next time. I never fully click it over when changing lanes because it requires a second action to cancel it.

    When do we see 2.0?

Oh wait a minute, I think this isn't happening for me at all. I always have to "snap" it out of HA to complete the lane change. Is the 1-touch indication sufficient or am I supposed to fully click it in the direction of the change?

How Much Range Are You Actually Getting?

I’m not too far off. Maximum I’ve seen is 3.0mi/kWh on the freeway. Just ticked over 800miles too. Im driving VERY conservatively too. I think in mixed usage I’m more likely to see 2.5mi/kwh. I voted 60% on the list.

Car & Driver tests the Lucid range

Overly enthusiastic sales folks 😅 There isn’t anything on sale right now that’s ”autonomous”

Warning: Eye strain, Split vision, and headache for tall drivers

I’ll try that out. I’ve noticed it creaks randomly when I put weight on it and turn it. Very short creaks.

Warning: Eye strain, Split vision, and headache for tall drivers

Can someone please record this? I’ve been noticing a slight creaking but want to know if it’s the same thing.

Warning: Eye strain, Split vision, and headache for tall drivers

It’s off topic but yeah I’ve also started to notice a slight creak from the wheel now. I feel like the local service team holds a secret grudge against me because of all the issues I’ve had 😂

2.0.15 - The MOAU - Mother Of All Updates

I’ve never seen it actually switch profiles based on the face recognition. I have seen it show me the green check box but it’s already on my profile when it does that.

Sucks! Sorry it happened to you

2.0.15 - The MOAU - Mother Of All Updates

It’s definitely at least 2x faster but it’s not nearly fast enough still if you’re frequently needing to switch. For me this remains one of the last big polish touches the car needs. It almost always selects the wrong profile when my wife and I approach the car. It guesses the wrong person...

An Owee That Hurts Me More Than My Lucid

Battle scars! Drive it like a normal car, this stuff is bound to happen. Doesn‘t seem like it has any negative effects.

    October OTA Feedback thread

It's torque based, so try rotating the wheel just a bit (quarter of an inch), it will resist your movement and you'll never see the wheel warning. Or rest your hands "heavily" on the wheel. For me this is just my normal grip at 9-3 that keeps the warning away forever.

    EA Megathread

I know Lucid will reimburse you. Ideally get a paper receipt or make sure you know exactly which station you charged at and at what time and Lucid Customer Care can figure it out.
