The weirdest thing happened. I just got the 2.5.0 OTA update and the car is now connected. I'm still going to keep my service appointment scheduled for next week.

That could have been the issue. I was parked and we were investigating all the features of the car. They were definitely moving around back there. I initially thought the screen had a touch sensor.

My children were back there when it happened. The heaviest one is 85 pounds and the lightest is 72 pounds. Would you happen to know if there is a sensor in the middle seat?
