Honestly, I only have two complaints with it: 1. Why can’t I make the god damn lady shut the hell up!!?!?!?! I can do this on every other nav I have ever used 2. The bottom screen always defaults to super zoomed out. Otherwise I think it works quite well, significantly better than my taycan.

I'd agree with this. ACC is supposed to speed up and down on upcoming cars. If you disengage it when switching lanes or to adjust speed, it will switch back to traditional driving, which has significant regen. The proper way to adjust speed is to just use the knob to adjust it, or if you want...
