I’m driving to Tahoe in a few weeks and was wondering…any idea how much extra range you lose when going up a significant amount of elevation?

I’ve done the 0- whatever in Sprint but haven’t tried the launch. Anyone have any idea how much quicker it is?

Does the article add anything we don’t already know?

I’m curious what you’re basing this assertion on. A quick Google search came up with conflicting information on this topic.

I found it under the music setting on my phone, not in Carplay.

I don’t know how to test if Carplay supports Atmos through Apple Music. I just thought it sounded better than the ‘Lucid’ Tidal when I tried playing the same tracks on both formats. I don’t know why anyone would care about playing Tidal through CarPlay when they can just continue to play it...

This is getting confusing…Is Tidal through CarPlay (which I didn’t try) different than Tidal through Lucid? I thought the sound quality of Apple Music through CarPlay was better than Tidal.

Can you tell just by the sound quality? I found an Atmos switch in my music setting and I think Carplay sounds better than Tidal.

Ok, I couldn’t wait…I installed it (extremely simple) and found it quite intuitive. I did a quick comparison between Tidal and Apple Music by switching back on forth on the same tracks and was pleasantly surprised to find that CarPlay actually sounded better. I’ll test it more this weekend but...

I agree..I appreciated the brake light indicator in my 2015 Tesla and I assume it would be a simple software update to add it to the Lucid dash.

I was at my local Americas Tire getting air and all the guys working there were super excited; one kid even took a picture. The manager said it was the first Lucid he’d seen. I’m surprised there aren’t more of them around here (near Sacramento). I haven’t seen another one in two months.

I’ve also been getting the same message recently when it rains along with the triangle/exclamation point warning.

I got this alert while driving in the rain today; no reduction in power or any other symptoms other than a momentary notice that ‘LiDAR is blocked’. After getting home and putting it in and out of Park, it went away. Hoping it won’t return tomorrow.
