I'm wondering the same thing. Have had my X since 2020 and never, ever have I had an issue with excess heat or bright sunshine beyond the front of my head. Pretty dark glass behind me.

Same here. I don't even think about power 'off' when I exit my Model X. As I walk away, if watching from a distance, it all goes dark. Unless 'dog' mode...then the puppy stays on the screen telling folks, everything is okay for the dog.

These are great comments and I look forward to hearing from others as I'd like to know these things ahead of time when I receive mine.

Same here. Ordered in early February and got an SA right off the bat. She's been wonderful. But my dashboard looks just like yours. No movement and still 'going to assign an SA' phrase.

Mine gets with me in hours usually, or at least the next day. Texts or emails and has chatted on the phone a handful of times. She says she keeps an eye out of us and is really trying her best to get us one as we're one of the few of her customers who treat her nice and don't put undue pressure...

Exactly. If they know one or the other don't work, then why would you give it to customers? This is one issue that should be addressed and solved within a months time, once it appears more than a few cars. This issue is scary. What if there were someone stalking you in a dark parking lot...

I wish they'd simply dump "HERE" mapping and go with Google Maps. It's updated constantly, it's accurate as all heck and I've never, ever, had a problem with it in my Model X. Go with a proven mapping software and forego whatever 'discount' Lucid is getting for "HERE" and make the whole car...
