It's better to have slow Regen over longer period because efficiency is all about energy used / distance travelled. If u travel further, u will slowly Regen but also cover ground without using energy lowering ur overall kWh/mi used.

My son got hit from behind and the driver had Statefarm. They are giving hard time to my son and the Tesla certified body shop has given the same feedback to him. Tesla cert bodysop is asking him to go through his own insurance route and let his insurance deal with Statefarm.

Something to think about now and explore for coverage.

Chargepoint is too slow to respond. Have spoken to three reps so far but my case was not escalated to L2. I've told them that this is the common issue with LUCIDs. Waiting for them to resolve and RMA mine with Rev 5 CP charger. Keeping fingers crossed.

Not every is about issues. They could be just optimization or preparing for next feature or minor fixes.

Exact same things happen with us. Chargepoint charger shows error light. It requires a restart, for that I just power cycle the charger. I've a Tesla also, charged it with same charger and it worked fine and no errors. Looks like something only with Lucid here. No damage to chargepoint charger...

You don't have to unplug the charger physically. Just stop the charging from the app, instal the update. Anyways yours is done, enjoy a better LUCID.
