    “Hey Lucid” is Trash

They know it's not great (although I use it for navigation on a daily basis). It's an underwhelming first release. Specifically, at the owner event in Rutherford not long ago, they specifically said, they "hate" it, and the engineers "hate" it. So, they're well aware. However, just as I said at...

    OTA Update 2.7.0

I'm on wifi, wakes up from the app without issue. It's not always super speedy, granted...but it does wake up 100% of the time.

RESOLVED Bass is nonexistent (resolved by OTA update)

Nowhere in the release notes, and I don't hear any difference from the most recent 2.6.x release...they fixed it a long time ago. I'm confused by your post.

    OTA Update 2.7.0

There's not much futzing to do other than a potential reboot to deal with sound issues after the initial startup after upgrade (one user report I've seen so far, but nobody else). I would say do the upgrade asap to avoid the drive issue.

    Lucid Navigation vs Google Maps

Borski, the data you presented was helpful. Do you have charging performance curves with lower starting temps for the battery (ie, less pre-conditioning?). What specific changes to you see in performance? Does it increase the early peak charging rate, or allow it to continue to higher states of...

    Northeast Lucid regional area

Just looked these up, they both look incredible. Need to get up there early one morning.

Starting to regret getting this car...

Ask for the newer rear shelf. It's slightly smaller and provides a gap between the shelf and the rear glass (the source of the squeaking/rattle). It fixes it 100%. It's been a solved issue for a while now.

Hot Take after Test Drives of Gravity and Air (Pure)

I would argue that not getting over 45mph means you didn't really go for a test drive. You have full control over how the car accelerates from a standing start, and how it comes to a stop in terms of how you modulate the throttle. If you have high regen enabled (I'd recommend it at all times)...

    LucidLogger

@bassmaster187 forgot one more question, is there a convenient way to change the timezone of the timestamps that are presented in the data? I looked through the docker compose files and see the TIMEZONE environment variable being defined, but as I look through the individual docker services I...

@bassmaster187 can you verify a couple of things about the architecture, as I'm unfamiliar with the fundamentals of how the data is shared, and by which entity. My primary interest right now is an making sure that use of this software won't cause the car to remain awake any longer than it...

Can't believe I missed the option to change the various URLs even though I'd visited that page to alter the credentials. Not my best work. Thanks for posting the correction!

    LucidLogger

Great post! I have this working in Docker, got my Lucid registered....but am unsure of best place to get started. The admin console (with the green background) has a bunch of links under 'dashboard' but they are all hardcoded to have a URL of http://raspberry:3000....which all result in host not...

[RESOLVED BY OTA 2.7.0] Car won’t go into DRIVE !

I'm a little perplexed as to what is taking so long to identify the core issue given the volume of data out there (presumably), and the fact that it's clearly not isolated to just one or two instances.

    Lucid Driver Podcast Mon 5/12

As someone who has edited video for aviation training, I know how much work goes into any sort of media production. On that basis, thank you for creating a podcast centered around Lucid. That said, I'm extremely selective about which podcasts I listen to. I am passionate about Lucid as a brand...

*nods knowingly* I see you, too, have a firm fob. Welcome aboard. We are small, but growing group.

    Software Improvements and Features Suggestions

I don't think that's the issue....the pace seems about the same from the little Morse I've heard. Are you sure your first click is actually clicking rather than just applying some pressure? My fob is on the firm side, and yes, I tried typing that 3 different ways, and none of them sounded any...

    OTA Update 2.6.16

Just as a data point: '22 GT, no issues after update (it's been more than a week).

    Software Improvements and Features Suggestions

Think of it like double clicking a mouse...but holding it down on the second click. I can't imagine you're doing it too quickly...which really just leaves the option of doing it too slowly. If I had to guess, I'm at 1/10th or 1/5th of a second between the first click and the start of the long press.

    Software Improvements and Features Suggestions

Please believe that what I'm about to type is not exaggerated for effect... I retrieved my fob from the drawer, which I haven't used in 3-4 months (the fob, not the drawer). I approached the gar in the garage...it was already unlocked, probably as a result of detecting the fob as I approached...

    Lucid Navigation vs Google Maps

You're correct on all fronts. Once I realized how painful it was, I built my 'saved albums' list through the mobile app (including the Atmos versions). Every now and then I search for a tune or artist using the interface, but by and large, I am simply clicking on pre-saved albums based on the...
