Exactly the same as me. After tweaking the drivers door and it still happening Lucid confirmed it was a SW issue. @mcr16 has also confirmed it’s a SW issue they’re investigating. Is there anyone with the soft door close issue who has installed 2.6?

Since for my vehicle it was working perfectly before 2.2.10 and Lucid has already said it's a software issue, I would expect a fix in a SW update.

Couldn't agree more about eliminating the dash midrange, that is the biggest gap in SS. If they had just kept that for SS it would have been acceptable for the level of vehicle cost. Personally I wish they'd just not removed the SSPro hardware and kept at least the SW upgrade option for...

Well my summary screen in the app is completely blank, even after signing up on the Lucid site for the base plan and adding a credit card. I also have a year of free charging. I've tried logging out and back in and just installed the 2.11 update and it's still blank.

I use a FOB and don't use a faraday bag. Batteries in it are approximately 4 months old and still going fine. Only reason I don't use the Mobile key is the constant opening closing every time I go in the garage with my cell in my pocket (I always keep my phone on me).

The danger is its slower on cars older than the 2025 models, given the Gravity has a faster processor.

I haven’t noticed the “warming battery” message. Where would I see that in the app ?

My assumption is that the car is adjusting cooling/heating based on the cabin temp, the desired temp and the outside temp. I also suspect it comes in to the Battery management System and possibly when calculating range.

Mine is consistently 2 degrees higher than the actual temp. How do I know? I have a calibrated weather station outside. I'd love the ability in settings to be able to adjust the calibration with a simple +/- degrees.

I can’t say I’ve noticed my battery being any warmer after heating the inside of my car for 20min. It’s still registered as “blue” with a low energy warning. I doubt the brief amount of power going in to the battery to top it up while it’s heating warms the battery much. It’s probably more to do...

How do you precondition that battery? The only way I know is if it's not connected to a charger and you precondition ready for charging. Is that what you're doing ?

Had my AT for almost a year and I heard something similar for the first and only time two days ago after plugging in. At the time the battery had the cold energy reduced message and I put it down to that. Didn’t do it yesterday when I charged.

Had the app “crash” for the first time today. Had to restart the phone. Doesn’t look like a crash actually. Looks like the app is taking too long to start and iOS is killing it.
