Same thing happened to me. A simple (ha ha) reset fixed it and it hasn’t come back in a month.

I thought the same thing but have found dropouts with Spotify to be almost as common. I think a poor cellular coverage area just screws everything up.

My Tidal freezes were before and after update. Customer service had me do the hard reboot (valet key to lock and 30 minutes of car in isolation) to no avail. They are also trying to figure out why my trunk only opens slightly most of the time whether it’s from pilot panel, mobile key or manual...

Happily has not happened to me in the 2 months I’ve had the car. But you have had yours much longer.

Yep. Happened with me. Took them 15 minutes to fix a loose connection.

After the update, it seems like I need to log back into Alexa almost every time the car goes into a deep sleep

I’m also close to @copper ’s suggestion but with only +4 bass. But by far the most important change I made was for the balance (for non Dolby Atmos recordings since those eliminate any changes for balance). My wife would sit in the back seat occasionally and comment how unbelievable the sound...
