Possibly dumb question, but what do people do at lease-end? Do lease companies care about whether there's tint on the vehicle?

I'm hoping they offer a lease with a penalty free early buyout, so I can get the $7500 incentive but not pay all the financing costs that are baked into the leases. But I'm not holding my breath, as it seems most companies either don't offer early lease buyout at all, or charge penalties for it.
