    Gravity Delivery Discussion

They're probably trying to find the right balance of satisfying investor and customer demand for deliveries, and wanting to resolve a lot of problems before substantially expanding the customer base. I can easily imagine that they're going slow on production for most of this quarter as they try...

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

I see a 2:35 delay between your first message about the problem and this one. It's not great to have the vehicle out of service for that long, but it does at least demonstrate a pretty responsive customer service team.

    Gravity PPF Installation

I always buy white cars, just because I have dogs and am worried about the temperature in the cabin. But seeing your photos does make we wonder what kind of sparkle I could get with that film on the white Gravity I hope to someday have in the driveway.

    Gravity Radar Installation

I gotta say, your installer did a really nice job. Going for the deliberate look at the rear seems like a great call. But learning about what's involved in the installation raises my anxiety about finding an installer who would do as well. I guess I've learned that a key question for an...

Hello from Lucid Motors Pasadena! Gravity has Arrived.

Does your demo vehicle include the HUD? Many are interested to see what it's like, particularly after all the discussion of reflections.

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

My sense is that Google Maps won't let a manufacturer add their own touches to the system. For example, Lucid's display of the region that you have the range to get to without charging is perhaps not possible if they adopt Google Maps. Whether the flexibility is worth the tradeoff of using a...

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

I have no experience with HUDs in a vehicle. Does it not auto adjust brightness based on the ambient light levels?

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Thanks for the photos, that clarifies a lot! It's interesting that they provide a 7 pin electrical connection. That typically means that the base vehicle has a braking controller, and also provides power to run and/or recharge the trailer's power system. Which goes a long way towards...

I hope you mean August! Otherwise, I'd definitely complain.

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Congrats! I don't think I've yet seen a good photo of what the trailer electrical plug looks like on the back of the Gravity. Can you post a picture of that? I'm guessing that it's tucked away, perhaps behind a cover, since it hasn't been visible in any photo I've seen yet.

Photos (or Video) of the 5-Seat Gravity Cargo Area?

Agree with you about the accessories. But I'll note that Lucid does sell sun shades for the Gravity, and I'm pretty sure that one of the owners here has already installed them and said they're very nice.

    Gravity accessories slowly appearing

In my very limited experience, 3rd party accessory companies often wait until the first potential customer asks them to make their product for a new vehicle. Might be worth reaching out to Canvasback and asking them, if you like their product. Sometimes they wait until a potential customer is...

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

I had a similar experience with my Ram truck: changing the battery caused the backup camera to go away, with the option to switch to it not even appearing on the screen anymore. Somehow an overnight rest cured the problem. No idea why vehicles sometimes take multiple hours to reset.

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

That's a big part of the reason I don't want to buy a 300 EPA range vehicle. I don't mind hypermiling a lot of the time. But sometimes I just want to have a lead foot and enjoy myself, and still have a good road trip range. I'd be perfectly satisfied with the 315 you're getting with your...

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

Are you saying that tall drivers will have a good experience, and short drivers will find HUD reflections more annoying?

Photos (or Video) of the 5-Seat Gravity Cargo Area?

For those of us who don't want the third row, I'm hoping that some company will step up and make a cargo floor mat that addresses at least some of the problems. As a dog owner, I don't really want carpet in the cargo area, as that's hard to keep clean. I'd rather have some smooth surface cargo...

    Gravity PPF Installation

I love the yellow! I generally love the Gravity, but all the stock colors are too staid for my taste.

Photos (or Video) of the 5-Seat Gravity Cargo Area?

When the 2nd row is folded down, is it always in the same position? Or is it variably forward/back, depending upon the position the seat was in when up? And in your photos with the seat up, is that gap with the 2nd row moved all the way back? I'm slightly surprised that the indentations for...

    Gravity; SUV or Minivan

One win for the R1S vs Gravity: you can carry a sheet of plywood, for those of us who take trips to the lumber yard. It sticks out the rear a bit, so you have to bungie the back closed. I think that confirms that the R1S is a minivan, and the Gravity is a sport wagon. 🤣

Good point. I'd need a Gravity to play with in order to brainstorm ideas.
