Thanks for reminding me of this! Yes, the tape was installed in September. The new sound is great, just a bit different , so naturally it may take a bit to really get accustomed to it. The volume increase is quite noticeable , as is the low end bass response. All good.😊😊😊

I did have this impression last evening when I first listened after the update. I did sense a bit of reduction in sound clarity. I was a bit overwhelmed by the new bass response ; perhaps it will just take some time to get accustomed to.

I personally did not buy a Tesla and never will because of the CEO. I almost pushed the button for an S several years back and opted out, because of one of his unhinged rants. I am so glad I opted out; that is why I have a Lucid instead. I know many who feel the same.
