You need to change your tires/wheels. The 20s are summer tires and shouldn't be driven in temps under 45F. You risk catastrophic failure of the tire rubber in cold weather.

I think you're talking about the low speed warning sound, which sounds like a spaceship. This is required by law and not something that's changed in the '25s, as far as I'm aware. The motor whine is from the front motor when you step on the accelerator. It's sounds like a higher pitched noise...

You might want to check your tires again. The stock 20s are staggered, with the fronts being 245 mm wide and the rears 265 mm.

I think it's been proven time and time again that studio sales folks often have no clue what's going on, and we usually have more knowledge of things than them. Given this, I put no stock in any answer they'd give regarding timing of Gravity.
